ABOUT THE PROJECT
Hotblack Desiato, a North London estate agency, faced the challenge of standing out in a saturated property market. With market trends down due to the upcoming election and competition fierce, they needed to position themselves as the definitive choice for North Londoners looking to buy, sell, rent, or let.
WHERE I ADDED VALUE
I was challenged to produce 200+ assets for a geo-targeted, integrated brand awareness campaign across OOH, social, website, email, print and more. Once we’d finalised the creative, I pulled the moving parts together, then translated the detail into a hybrid internal/client-facing deck which visually centralised every asset variation, copy and placement. My process was integral to the success of the campaign, allowing stakeholders to efficiently sign-off at different production stages.

BRAND MANIFESTO
In the ongoing North vs. South London debate, we saw a playful but powerful opportunity. North Londoners are deeply loyal to their neighborhoods, full of pride in their local culture, architecture, and way of life. The key to unlocking Hotblack Desiato’s market dominance was to lean into that sentiment, and position them as the experts of all things North London.
