ABOUT THE PROJECT
Moving Mountains Ski is a start-up family business. Built by the Roberts, run by the Roberts, with the purpose of revolutionising how Ski Lessons are delivered in the UK, for clients and instructors alike. The revolving slope technology allows for more slope time, more personal focus and more direct feedback from instructors and the giant mirrors reflecting progress back at you. The results- transformational progress up to 8x faster than any other approach. This is how instruction should be #JoinTheRevolutions.
WHERE I ADDED VALUE
This one-man-band role started as architectural support for this start up business where my drawings were key to overturning a planning rejection from Horsham Council. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, my role transitioned into full-service marketing where my range of creative strategies have established the brand as the largest indoor dry slope centre in the UK, and a leading authority in the UK Ski space.

MAKING IT HAPPEN
Brought in to support a 7-year long battle with Horsham Council over planning permission, my architectural drawings helped to overturn their verdict and let us open. 6 months of Interior Design and construction followed where I lead the team.
BRAND GUIDELINES
A full verbal and visual guideline pack to aid consistency in the brand rollout across all channels. This now forms part of the onboarding materials for new hires.
MORE - BRAND CAMPAIGN
A video-based brand campaign promoting key product USP's to new prospects across paid channels. The challenge was to communicate our offering without speaking negatively of static competitors; the UK snowsports industry is small so it's important to support anyone also offering lessons. The campaign structure was built to grow. New content to reinforce the same messages and new messages following the same structure are set to follow.

Solo planning, prototyping and build across desktop, tablet and mobile, using Kartra. The website's main goal is to communicate the brand and product offering to drive leads though phone bookings. It also contains an essential disclaimer form flow, enables customers to purchase gift vouchers and enquire about school/race team opportunities.
ORGANIC SOCIAL ASSETS
Through 5 years of organic content testing, I learned that our clients respond best to our authentic family story. Our environment and atmosphere allow many to escape, this feeling is then reaffirmed through regular posting of authentic content with light-touch editing.
LOCKDOWN CHALLENGES
A series of interactive challenges and games promoted over organic social to keep our client community entertained and engaged during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

COMMUNITY SNOW CLUB
A public Facebook Group for clients to post their experience out in the mountains following lessons at MMSki. A supportive space to share and celebrate the brand's biggest success stories and progress triumphs. We are proud that this is a growing community with currently over 500 active members.
